Body Weather is a practice that was born in Japan during the 70’s. Looking for a more versatile body constantly changing, as time does, as an intimate, complex and infinite process, which breaks the hierarchies and invites us to fully live.

It is a very complex training that deeply investigates the Body – Space connection, where space is understood as an extension of our bodies. The training is divided into three parts:

MB (Mind-Body, Musles-Bones): a series of progressive rhythmic and dynamic proposals that work with coordination, flexibility, resistance, strength … to prepare the body,

LABORATORY: sensory research, perception and spatial awareness, working with images, games, exploring and sharing experiences, and

MANIPULATIONS: work in pairs through coordinated breathing in order to let go, move, become soft, stretch and relax.
