Developing our quality and breathing conscience allows us to expand the image we have of ourselves and improve our relations. Throughout this five sessions we will investigate the relation that has been established since childhood between the way we interact with the world and our breathing. For that we will study the different impulses of our body, the way in which different parts are placed to keep us standing and how this condition affects our breathing.
The work will focus on becoming aware of the support of our feet, in moving the pelvis and the spine through sequences, pulmonary gymnastics practices and the improvement of respiratory mechanics. Little by little we will evolve towards a greater respiratory freedom as a result of a better relaxation, a more effective corporal alignment and a better knowledge of the resources that the body has to breathe that may be unknown or forgotten until now.
