About the course
The class begins with a dynamic warm up to establish a relationship with space and with the people around us. The sessions combine learnings from materials set such as sequences of movement, the exploration of anatomical relations that exist in our body and the work through improvisation / exploration materials.
With fixed materials (movement sequences) we will focus on floor related works, space transfers, weight changes, the use of different supports and coordination, among other mechanisms / skills. Through the improvisation guidelines, we will work different qualities of movement, rhythm, musicality and try to expand the tools for dance. As a whole, the work will help us to develop and strengthen various capacities of our body and improve the versatility of our dance.
