From gravity to lightness. Contemporary Dance: technique and more

My work is based on how we use the floor when we dance, giving great importance to our base, the feet, as a support for all our movement. The feet and legs are the power, leaving the rest of the body free to express itself. Recognize where our weight is and how to use it to have more freedom. The movement worked during the class is fast but does not forget the detail. The continuity of movement is very important, the energy in our body never stops, even when we are stopped there is movement.

In the course and in each class, the work of technique will be prioritized, combining a warm-up, movement phrases and exploration based on guidelines to investigate physicality and movement from a personal space.
