sol cordero
subject: Hatha Vinyassa Yoga

I started my relationship with yoga when I was studing Pedagogy in Contemporary Dance. As a dancer I soon began to recognize the innumerable benefits of this discipline not only on a physical level (as training), but also on an energetic and emotional level. I love body teaching and after 3 years of constant practice, I devoted a long period for researching the teaching methodology of Ashtanga yoga.

In the year 2013-2014 I trained in Hatha Vinyasa yoga with Rocío Ramos Morrison and discovered a kind creative way, with strong pedagogical bases and techniques to teach in a safe way. Currently, I dedicate my professional life to doing what I like most: accompanying in this journey of learning and awareness to others and learning with them in their process.
