YOGA – DANCE – MASSAGE. A journey towards inner listening and shared connetion
July 3, 4 & 5, 2026
WEEKEND RETREAT
at tragantCamp (l’Alzina, between Ponts and Guissona)
The techniques we will practice come from Mindfulness meditation and Vipassanā.
We will cultivate the ability to appreciate the fullness of each moment we are living. Meditation helps us to realize our automatic functioning and proposes to listen to the nature of our mind through systematic and careful self-observation. The work of mindfulness allows us to develop greater awareness and clarity and accept the reality of the present moment.
No experience is necessary. The meditation will be seated. Sitting quietly on a cushion with your legs crossed or in a chair.
FACILITATORS / TEACHERS
Francis Trepels (Amsterdam)
A bodywork and wellness professional based in Amsterdam, with a background that combines yoga, dance, body therapies and somatic work. He is the founder and director of ONEstudio, a space in Amsterdam where he offers classes, individual sessions and workshops.
Trepels mainly works with yoga (hatha and tantra), Thai massage, therapeutic and tantric massage, and sexological bodywork (body awareness and education related to sexuality). His journey began in the world of dance, and later expanded through training in multiple disciplines such as yoga, psychomotor therapy, Ayurveda, Thai massage, and various approaches to body and energy work.
His approach is grounded in concepts such as embodiment, presence, and the integration of body, mind and spirituality.
The aim of his work is to help people reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and develop a fuller and more conscious experience of well-being.
In addition to regular sessions, he organizes international workshops and retreats, combining yoga, dance and massage in contexts of personal growth.
Olga Tragant (Barcelona / l’Alzina, La Noguera)
Dancer, choreographer, and teacher of dance and movement. She trained in Contemporary Dance in the United States (University of Illinois and New York) and in Amsterdam (S.N.D.O.). For many years she was actively involved in developing creative projects presented in Catalonia as well as in several European countries, the United States, Japan, Mexico and Morocco.
After practicing various somatic and awareness-based disciplines, she deepened her studies in Anatomy through Movement with Blandine Calais and in the Feldenkrais Method, of which she is a certified teacher accredited by the International Feldenkrais Federation® (EuroTAB).
She has more than 25 years of teaching experience, combining dance classes, creative movement, the Feldenkrais Method, and Anatomy through Movement.
Since 2002 she has directed tragantDansa in Barcelona, and since 2016 tragantCamp in l’Alzina (La Noguera), where she organizes and offers courses, retreats, and various proposals related to dance, self-awareness and creation.
