DANCE – THEATER Moving myself with my characters with Simona Quartucci
We are used to identifying ourselves with a unique way of being: I am like that! and this unique version of oneself, this unique character probably limits our wide range of possibilities to act and move in life. In a playful way and through the expressive movement, improvisations, music, theatrical games, dance, active meditation, free writing, sound and voice, we will bring to the stage those characters, hidden behind the ‘legs’ of our unique personality.

CREATIVE MOVEMENT with Olga Tragant
In this session we will introduce tools and resources from a creative level that will help us to increase our creative and expressive capacities, through the body and movement. We will discover the possibilities of our bodies to develop corporal/physical vocabulary and to give form and expression to feelings, impulses, energies, images, memories, etc.

AUTHENTIC MOVEMENT with Simona Quartucci
From a circle of people that contains an empty space available I move and I let myself be moved by my internal impulses. Silence is the music. The closed eyes are the guide towards the unexpected, unknown or known movement, towards my internal listening that moves, that emits sound. You look at me, you are testimony of my experience without judgments, without prejudice. My trip is your trip. Your trip is my trip.

MEDITATION – MINDFULNESS with Marina Tsartsara
We will work on our ability to pay attention to the experience of the present moment with interest, curiosity and acceptance.
